AT ToLet 4 Me real estate, we are committed to provide exceptional service and ensuring that our clients have a positive experience when using our platform and services. our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable for services rendered by our team.

Paid Services
Tolet 4 Me offers both free and premium property listing services. Please review our services before making any payments. Once a payment is made for premium services and you've received the service, refunds will not be initiate.

Refund Conditions
Refunds may be considered only under the following cases:

  • If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, send a screenshot to our WhatsApp number. After review, we'll refund the amount to your account.
  • Failure to deliver service (e.g., listing not published due to system error)
  • If your payment is deducted from your account but shows as "pending" for more than 72 hours after a successful payment, please send a screenshot to our WhatsApp number. We'll review and update your payment status on our server.

Refund Request Timeline
You must raise a refund request within 7 days of the transaction date.

Contact us : Reach out to our support team at email/phone number with a clear explanation of the issue. Proper documentation include any relevant documentation to support your claim, such as payment receipt. If your Refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within the banking working days depending up on your account payment provider. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
